Delivery Information
- Delivery Fee: €4.99
- Free Delivery: Orders above €40
- Where We Deliver: Ireland and Northern Ireland only.
- Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days
- Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered the next day. In some cases, delivery may take two working days from dispatch
- Courier Service: All parcels are shipped with DPD or Anpost.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped, so you can follow its journey to your door
Returns and refunds
We want you to love your candle. If something is not right, we will help.
Change of mind
- You can return unopened, unused candles within 14 days of delivery.
- Email order@eleganz.ie with your order number to start the return.
- You cover return postage.
- Once received in resaleable condition, we refund the product price and the standard delivery cost. Premium shipping upgrades are not refunded.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the return or proof of return.
Damaged or faulty items
- Email order@eleganz.ie within 14 days with photos and your order number.
- We will replace the item or provide a refund.
- We cover return postage for approved faulty items.
Opened candles
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or burned candles are not eligible for a change of mind return. Faulty items are fully covered.
