Returns and refunds

We want you to love your candle. If something is not right, we will help.

Change of mind

• You can return unopened, unused candles within 14 days of delivery.
• Email order@eleganz.ie with your order number to start the return.
• You cover return postage.
• Once received in resaleable condition, we refund the product price and the standard delivery cost. Premium shipping upgrades are not refunded.
• Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the return or proof of return.

Damaged or faulty items

• Email order@eleganz.ie within 14 days with photos and your order number.
• We will replace the item or provide a refund.
• We cover return postage for approved faulty items.

Opened candles

• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or burned candles are not eligible for a change of mind return. Faulty items are fully covered.
