Welcome to Eleganz.ie. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and purchasing our products. By accessing or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.


1. General Information

  • Eleganz.ie is operated by Eleganz (“we”, “our”, “us”).

  • These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our website.

  • We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date they are published on this website.


2. Products

  • We take care to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, finish, or design may occur due to photography, screen settings, or natural variations in materials.

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or withdraw products at any time.


3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards as well as other payment methods shown at checkout.


4. Orders

  • When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email confirms we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance.

  • Your order is accepted once payment is approved and your items have been dispatched.

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

    • The product is unavailable

    • Payment is not authorised

    • There has been a pricing or product description error


5. Delivery

  • Delivery fee is €3.99 on all orders below €35.

  • Free delivery applies on orders above €35.

  • We currently deliver within Ireland and Northern Ireland only.

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, delivery is usually next working day, though in some cases may take up to 2 working days.

  • Deliveries are handled by DPD, and a tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or events outside our control.


6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been opened or used.

  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photograph of the parcel.

  • Damaged or faulty items will be eligible for a replacement or refund.

  • Eleganz will cover return shipping costs for damaged or faulty items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds typically take 5–7 working days to appear in your account.


7. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Eleganz or our content providers.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.


9. Liability

  • Eleganz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
