To enjoy your candle safely and get the best burn experience, please follow these care tips:

  • Trim wicks to 5mm before each burn
  • Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface on the first burn
  • Burn for no longer than 3–4 hours at a time
  • Always place on a heat-resistant surface
  • Keep away from drafts, children, and pets
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended

Proper care ensures a clean, even burn and extends the life of your candle.

Delivery

We hand-pack and dispatch all Eleganz candles with care to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully.

  • Delivery across Ireland: 2–3 working days
  • Free delivery on orders over €40
  • Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Returns

We hope you love your Eleganz candle, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unlit, and in their original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
